COMMENCEMENT:
Commencement is Saturday, May 24, 2008 at Cox Stadium, rain or shine. Graduates must be lined up by 12, Noon. The procession begins at 12:15PM. The Commencement ceremony begins promptly at 1:00PM.
Five graduation tickets per graduate will be issued at the time of rental. If you do not need all five, leave any extras with the Bookstore.
*A sign up sheet will be available if you need extra tickets.*
Graduates keep the cap and tassel. Gown and hood must be returned after the ceremony by 5PM. A $3.00 late fee will be added for each business day the gown and hood are not returned, starting on May 29, 2008.

If you cannot come to the Bookstore during these hours, a friend may rent the cap and gown for you. He or she must bring a letter from you and a photocopy of your Student I.D.

You may also order your cap and gown by phone, (415) 338-2665, with a valid MasterCard, Visa, or American Express card; a $15 service charge will be added to the rental fees. Call between Monday, May 12 - Thursday, May 22, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Pick up for phone orders will be at the Bookstore's Textbook Department from May 23 through May 24.

Academic regalia will not be rented after Thursday, May 22nd, 6 pm -- NO EXCEPTIONS. Apparel ordered by phone prior to that deadline can be picked up at the Bookstore on Friday, May 23rd. Those who need to exchange gowns for another size or need other assistance will be accommodated then as well.
