NEW Textbook Refund Policy:
All Textbook returns now require a PROOF OF DROP of class (obtainable at the Student Services Building) in order to receive a full refund by the last day of returns (Spring - Friday, Feb 8th). A 10% restocking fee will be applied to refunds without Proof of Drop. All refunds and exchanges require an original receipt.

There is a 10% restocking fee to any student who cannot prove that they bought books and then subsequently dropped the course. Proof of drop will be required to NOT be charged the restocking fee.



WINTER SESSION

Textbooks purchased for the Winter SEMESTER IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH RECEIPT and PROOF OF DROP, are returnable through December to January. There are NO REFUNDS on textbooks purchased eight to ten days after the start of the month of January.

Exceptions MAY be made if you provide the bookstore with proof that you were in the class and then subsequently dropped or have withdrawn from the University.



SPRING SEMESTER

Textbooks purchased for the Spring SEMESTER IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH RECEIPT and PROOF OF DROP, are returnable through December through February. There are NO REFUNDS on textbooks purchased eight to ten days after the start of February.

Textbooks purchased before the specified dates for Winter and Spring semester courses are not returnable. Textbooks purchased after that date are returnable for a full refund with a receipt.



SUMMER SESSIONS

Textbooks purchased for Summer SemesterIN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH RECEIPT and PROOF OF DROP, are returnable one week after the start of each session, for a refund (less any shipping and/or shipping/handling fees). Refunds without a proof of drop will incur a 10% restocking fee. There are no REFUNDS on summer textbooks purchsed after the session deadline.



FALL SEMESTER

Textbooks purchased for Fall Semester IN ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH RECEIPT and PROOF OF DROP are refundable through July to September. There are NO REFUNDS on textbooks purchased after the specified date of return for the semester.


Exceptions MAY be made if you provide the bookstore with proof that you were in the class and then subsequently dropped or have withdrawn from the University.

Course readers, software, and opened shrinkwrapped items are non-returnable. All refunds must be a accompanied by the original sales receipt. (A receipt will be provided with your online purchase.) Books must be in original purchase condition for full refunds.

Note: The shipping costs for on-line orders are non refundable.

Important information about CPS & PRS remotes

In order for a response pad to be demed defective, the student must bring a copy of eInstrucation's Response Pad Exchange Form with a valid Issue Number and Exchange Code to the bookstore. The student can receive this form from eInstruction's Tech Support Team by calling (888) 333.4988 for CPS remotes or (800) 856.0732 for PRS remotes. If a student is having a problem with a CPSOnline Activation code, please contact eInstruction Tech Support Team by calling (888) 333.7532 or by e-mailing techsupport@einstruction.com
