All the textbooks you buy at the SFSU Bookstore for your classes are under a Low-Price-Guarantee. Is your textbook being sold cheaper somewhere else? We'll match the price under the following conditions:

• You must submit the Low Price Guarantee Verification Form (PDF format) to us within seven (7) days of purchase.
• You must have bought the book here and you must attach a copy of the receipt to the verification form.
• For online comparisons, the book must be offered by a retail establishment located in the United States, not by and individual selling at an auction site such as "Amazon Marketplace, Half.com, etc., or sites located in the UK
• The book must be available for immediate shipment at time of verification if your source is online.
• Applicable shipping charges must be considered in the price of the book if your source is online.
• The book must be normally carried and in-stock at time of verification if your source is another bookstore (not online).
• The book must have the same ISBN, and be in the same condition (new or used).
• Once you have received your Low Price Guarantee, the book may not be returned.

Bring your original receipt with you to Customer Service 3 business days after submission, and we will refund the difference, if approved.
