NEW Textbook Refund Policy:
All Textbook returns now require a PROOF OF DROP of class (obtainable at the Student Services Building) in order to receive a full refund by the last day of returns (Spring - Friday, Feb 8th). A 10% restocking fee will be applied to refunds without Proof of Drop. All refunds and exchanges require an original receipt.

Faculty Regalia Rental Information 2010


All faculty members who plan to participate in Commencement 2010 may reserve their academic apparel at the SFSU Bookstore beginning March 15th, 2010 Please call our office at 338-2023 or stop by Mezzanine 113C of the Cesar Chavez Student Center. Office hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m.

The deadline to place orders is April 5th, 2010. Orders placed after this deadline will need to be rush-shipped to the Bookstore in order to receive your regalia on time! The following shipping cost will therefore be added to your order:

Orders placed by April 5: No charge
Orders placed April 6 - April 30: $15 second-day air
Orders placed after May 1: Additional fees will apply
