2. After you receive your confirmation of acceptance via email, TELL your cashier that you're a Gator Rewards member at time of purchase and provide your SFSU ID card. Your valid SFSU ID card is your Gator Rewards Club card!
3. YOUR CURRENT REWARDS status is listed on the bottom of your receipt
4. When you receive your Gator Rewards confirmation email, you're accepted!
5. If you don't receive an email confirming your acceptance within 2 business days please contact us.
6. Please take a few minutes to read the rules below. The rules provide you with an understanding on how to best earn and use your rewards.

Gator Rewards Club Rules

By applying to be a member of the Gator Rewards Club you are also agreeing to the following:

1. You must be a member of the Gator Rewards Club at the time of purchase to earn rewards and there are no retroactive rewards issued for previous purchases. You will receive a $25 Gift Card instantly each time you reach $350 in qualifying purchases. Limit 1 reward per visit regardless of the total. Examples:
   • a. If you purchase $700 worth of qualifying merchandise in one transaction you will receive one $25 Gift Card.
   • b. If you purchase $175 worth of qualifying merchandise in one transaction you will be $175 closer to receiving one $25 Gift Card.
2. Returns made after a reward cycle is complete will count negatively toward your next reward cycle. You cannot use your Gator Reward in the same transaction that it is issued.
3. Gator Rewards will not be earned for the purchase of the following: Computers, mp3 players, Applecare & extended warranties, merchandise rentals, purchase of gift cards, already discounted/sale merchandise, sales tax, shipping & handling fees, restocking/shrink wrap fees, online reservation fees, state fees, late fees or labor fees where they apply. Other exclusions may apply.
4. Your Gator Rewards may be redeemed for the purchase of any product in the main bookstore and are NOT redeemable for cash. You may use your reward inside of the Bookstore. You may not use your reward at any offsite sales set up (ex. Author Signings & Commencement). Only purchases made inside of the bookstore count towards your reward. Purchases made inside of the Lobby Shop, Snackademic Convenience Stores and any offsite sales set ups do not count towards your reward.
5. Gift cards issued as rewards do not expire but will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Your $25 gift card may be redeemed in any increment up to its total value and there is no minimum purchase required to use your gift card. Any unused portion of the $25 gift card is valid for purchases at a later date.
6. You must identify yourself as a Gator Rewards Club member at the time of purchase and present your SFSU Campus identification. (We will accept another form of photo ID along with proof of enrollment complete with your Student ID number) Any failure to identify yourself as a Gator Rewards Club member will result in that transaction not counting toward your reward.
7. Purchases made online @ http://www.sfsubookstore.com will count towards your reward as long as you put in the comments box (click the button below the comments box) that you are a member of the Gator Rewards Club and provide us with your SFSU ID number. Signing up for Gator Rewards Club prior to making your online order, then providing us with your Gator Rewards Club number/student ID number during check-out will count as your first purchase as a Gator Rewards Club member.
8. By signing up for the Gator Rewards Club you are agreeing to receive promotional offers from the SFSU Bookstore.
9. The SFSU Bookstore reserves the right to change or cancel its rewards program without prior notice. The SFSU Bookstore also reserves the right to terminate your Membership at its sole discretion.
10. The Gator Rewards Club membership is limited to individual students, staff and faculty members. Campus organizations, academic departments and special accounts do not qualify for club membership. Individuals receiving financial aid from any outside agencies including government agencies do not qualify. Examples include, but are not limited to Vocational Rehabilitation, Veterans Affairs, SFUSD, Fran Charges and A.S. Accounts. Gator Rewards Club, is a loyalty program for INDIVIDUALS ONLY, using tender that is individual in nature and issued by a bank. Employees and representatives of the SFSU Bookstore are also not eligible for membership in the Gator Rewards Club.
11. Gator Rewards may not be combined with other members' rewards, and may not be transferred to other individuals.
