- We DO NOT SHIP to PO Boxes.
- We DO NOT SHIP to International Destinations (excepting University Bulletins ONLY).
- For all online orders, please allow 3 business days for processing.
- Orders received on Sat or Sun will begin their processing on the following Monday.
- For all email questions and/or inquiries, please include the 5 digit order number in the subject heading.
- Please bring your picture ID when picking up your online reservations.
- The store pick-up fee applies to all reservations made, including additional orders
for the same customer.

Please read the above FAQ as it details the process we use to fulfill your textbook order including when we may
substitute new textbooks for used textbooks and vice versa.
- If you are ordering textbooks for your son, daughter, friend, or someone other than yourself, please make a note of that in the comments field, so there is no confusion to who the order is for.
- New return policy** All returns must be accompanied by a proof of drop in order to be returned without incurring a 10% restocking fee.
- Please add "No Substitutions, Fill as Ordered" in the order form comments box if you want your order filled
exactly as requested.
