Shipping Policy Shipping Information

Unless otherwise noted, all shipments sent out from the SFSU Bookstore are sent via UPS. Shipping charges are based on a combination of the weight of the shipment, the distance traveled, the service chosen and a handling fee.
Any orders received will be processed and shipped in two to three business days after the receipt of the order. Delivery time is dependent upon the service chosen. If an item ordered is out of stock, the buyer will be contacted in one to two business days and further arrangements can be made.

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or ship internationally.

    • Tracking Your Order

    Once the order has been processed, the tracking number of the shipment will be sent to the customer. It can be be tracked through the UPS Package Tracking system.
